Job Description
- Understand basic design process: research, ideation, and user journey
- Collaborate with Product Owners to understand product vision and solve user-related problems
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Document the design process for each feature, such as research findings, ideations, usability testings, release and monitor impact after product release
- Maintain design backlog with development team
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent understanding of design process and principles
- Good UX documentation: flow, wireframe, and prototype
- Demonstrate the ability to use UI/UX tools such as Sketch, Invision, Figma, etc
- Up-to-date knowledge about UI/UX trends
- Portfolio of previous design projects is a must
- Communicate design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional team or stakeholders
